Exercise has always played a big role in my life - from dancing as a child into my teens, to playing netball throughout school and well into adulthood.
Then in my late 20s, I found strength training - and I was hooked.
By my 30s, I discovered something I never expected: a love for trail running.
In my early 40s, peri-menopause hit me harder than I ever expected....
