I offer a range of personal training options to suit your goals, your schedule, and your budget.
My 1:1 or 2:1 coaching offers focused support tailored to you. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push past a plateau, each plan is grounded in supportive, inclusive coaching that puts your long-term health and strength first.

1:1 & 2:1 Sessions take place at Northern Fitness Gym, Linthwaite.
All packages include goal-setting support, session tracking, and ongoing check-ins.
*Pricing includes a day pass to Northern Fitness Gym (NFG) for each in person 1:1 session.
Non members using a self led plan at NFG, will be required to book a gym day pass via their website.
