Terms & Conditions for Online Training
Online Personal Training – Terms and Conditions:
(UK Clients)
1. Services Provided
Online personal training services include programme design, coaching support, and accountability delivered remotely. Services are provided as agreed at the start of each training block and do not include in-person training unless expressly stated in writing.
2. Payment Terms
All online personal training services are provided in 4-week training blocks.
Payment for each 4-week block must be made in full and in advance of the commencement date.
Access to services will not be provided until payment has been received.
3. Ongoing Payments and Standing Orders
Where payment is made via standing order or recurring bank payment, the responsibility for managing, amending, or cancelling the standing order rests solely with the client.
The coach does not have access to or control over a client’s bank account and therefore cannot cancel standing orders on the client’s behalf.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their online personal training services at any time; however, written notice must be provided before the next scheduled payment date.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted via email or written message and will be deemed effective from the date it is received.
5. Refund Policy
Payments made for online personal training services are non-refundable once the 4-week training block has commenced.
If a payment is taken due to the client’s failure to cancel a standing order or recurring payment in time, no refund will be issued.
6. Missed Engagement or Non-Participation
Failure to participate in the programme, complete check-ins, follow the training plan, or otherwise engage with the coaching services during a paid training block does not constitute grounds for a refund, partial refund, credit, or extension.
7. Coaching Boundaries and Client Responsibility
Online personal training is a coaching service and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in exercise and should seek clearance from a GP or qualified healthcare professional if they have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
The coach is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from:
-
Failure to disclose relevant medical information
-
Incorrect execution of exercises
-
Actions taken outside of the guidance provided
Clients agree to take full responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing while participating in online personal training.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, the coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in online personal training services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing online personal training services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
